Parts Washers, Built in Milwaukee Since 1971
Build-All manufactures parts washers for industrial, automotive and municipal shops — solvent and aqueous, benchtop to 150 gallons, standard models and built-to-order machines. Everything ships from our own floor in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and has done for over fifty years.
Solvent, aqueous, or something we build for you
Solvent parts washers clean with petroleum-based solvent at room temperature. Fast on grease and oil, parts come out dry, no rinse stage. Aqueous parts washers clean with heated water and detergent — low VOC, no flash point, nothing flammable stored in the building. If you are weighing the two, our solvent vs. aqueous comparison works through it properly.
Want the machine to do the scrubbing? Agitating and immersion parts washers move parts through the bath so nobody stands at a tank with a brush. Need something the catalog does not cover? We have been building custom parts washers to customer specification for decades.
Not sure what you need?
Start with the parts washer buying guide for sizing, browse the full range in industrial parts washers, or watch the machines actually running in our video library — thirty demonstrations filmed on our own floor.
Or skip all that and tell us what you need to clean. Describe the parts, the volume and the space you have. We will tell you which machine fits, including when the honest answer is a smaller one.
Keeping it running
A washer is a machine with consumables. We stock replacement pumps, filters, hoses and brushes, fusible links, drums, baskets and cleaning chemicals — for our machines and for other manufacturers’ units too.
Cleaning strips the oil film that was protecting the metal, so freshly washed steel can flash-rust the same day. We stock rust preventatives, and our sister company Solvent Recycling Systems supplies Cortec VpCI corrosion control for holding parts between operations.
