TERMS & CONDITIONS
Minimum billing charge is $50.00
Terms of payment to approved accounts are Net 30 days from date of invoice.
Delinquent charges of 1.5% per month will be added on all invoices over 30 days.
Build-All reserves the right to change its prices, design specifications, or terms at any time without notice or obligation.
FREIGHT POLICY
All Build-All equipment and accessories will be shipped freight unless prior arrangements are made.
Freight Allowances
Full freight charges will be allowed for shipments of Build-All and B-Clean products exclusively on orders which exceed $3,500.00 (Net). The Freight Policy does not apply to the AL8, PL, PJ, HPJ, SC, SSAC, TLSC, and SGW Series Parts Cleaners and related accessories.
Freight allowances may be deducted from Build-All’s invoice only when the shipment is made to one destination within the Continental United States.
Deductions must be accepted without authorization number from the main office and are subject to a 15% restocking charge.
All claims must be made with 10 days of receipt of goods.
All returns must be shipped freight prepaid.
All defective returns for credit are subject to factory inspection and must comply with the conditions of the one year warranty.
AVAILABILITY
All orders will be shipped from plant or nearest warehouse with stock on hand. Build-All Corporation makes every effort to have standard products in stock at all times but makes no guaranty of availability.
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Build-All and B-Clean parts washers-degreasers and accessories are warranted for one year from date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty covers the repair or replacement, at Build-All’s option, of any part that proves to be defective provided that the part is submitted to Build-All by its original owner, all transportation charges prepaid, and that examination by Build-All discloses a defect in materials or workmanship.
The warranty does not apply to any unit or part that has been damaged in shipment or abused, altered, or repaired by any person not belonging to Build-All’s repair department.
The warranty does not apply to fusible links, cleaning brushers, baggie liners, filter elements, membranes, skimmer belts, hoses, the cleaning or replacement of solvents, expendables, or damage caused by solvent or chemical incompatibilities. Diaphragms within the diaphragm pump are limited to a 90 day warranty.
Rental use of Build-All and B-Clean parts washers-degreasers and accessories are warranted for 90 days.
