Replacement Pumps
Replacement parts washer pumps for solvent and aqueous machines. If your washer has stopped circulating, the pump is usually the reason — and replacing it costs a fraction of replacing the washer.
Pump selection guide — solvent vs. aqueous, GPH ratings, modules & fitment
Solvent pumps. We stock three flow rates: 170 GPH, 210 GPH and 300 GPH. Match the flow rate to the tank — a benchtop or drum-mounted unit runs happily on 170 GPH, while a large base-mounted or agitation tank wants 300. Over-pumping a small tank splashes solvent; under-pumping a large one gives you a weak stream at the brush.
Aqueous pumps. The 325 GPH aqueous pump is built for heated water-based solution. Do not substitute a solvent pump into an aqueous machine — seals and impeller materials are specified for different chemistry, and the wrong one fails early.
Pump modules. The MP170 and MP300 modules ship as a complete assembly — pump, mounting and plumbing together — which is the faster swap if you would rather not rebuild a mount. The pump hanger is a common wear item worth replacing at the same time.
Not sure which pump you have? Send us the model number off the washer, or a photo of the pump and its plate, and we will identify the correct replacement. We have been building these machines in Milwaukee since 1971, so we can usually name it from a picture — including on units built by other manufacturers. Get in touch.
While the pump is out. A pump that failed early often points at something upstream. Check filtration — grit circulating through the system is the most common cause of premature pump wear, and a filter costs a great deal less than a pump. It is also the moment to look at the hose and flow-through brush, since a partially blocked brush makes a healthy pump look faulty.
Compatibility. These pumps fit Build-All solvent and aqueous washers, and many units from other manufacturers with the same mounting pattern. If you are running an Ultra Sonic or Magido machine, ask — we supply parts across those lines too. See all parts and options, or watch a pump running in an aqueous washer with diaphragm pump and filtration.
